The PSA Hydrogen Generator operates by utilizing a specialized adsorbent to separate hydrogen from a gas mixture. Common hydrogen-rich feed gases include methanol reformate, ammonia cracked gas, or syngas . The PSA process selectively removes impurities such as nitrogen (N₂), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO₂), and moisture (H₂O) , delivering hydrogen with up to 99.999% purity.

PSA Hydrogen Generators are widely used in industries requiring a high-purity, on-demand hydrogen source for chemical processing, metal refining, fuel cells, and electronics manufacturing .
